Notes
The complex, shaped like the sails of a traditional dhow ship, is located along the Kuwait City waterfront. It is formed by two curved and fully glazed towers, linked by a south shaft that contains elevators and lobby spaces. Also at the south, the two towers are attached to shorter limestone-clad buildings which are triangular in plan.

Layers of cantilevered fritted glass screens provide protection from the sun. The shorter buildings at the south are also equiped with sun protection, possessing recessed window openings. The architects initially hoped to use a system of water that would cool chillers and then be recycled and used in a reflecting pool. This system was never implemented.
