With 11595 sqm of built area and another 65000 sqm of landscaped area, the project acts mainly as a sports center. It includes a fitness center, two swimming pools, sports courts, and a dance gym, beside other functions as a restaurant, a café, a pub, and business center. The facility was inaugurated in 1998 and opened to the public in 2000.

The building is rendered in beige concrete supported by stone columns exposed on the ground level. It also features a number of colonnaded canopies and glass atria. The building’s volumetric configuration defines outdoor spaces abundant in vegetation, namely palm trees, and water bodies.
