The team was known under the name of CETA , Centre d'Etudes Techniques et Architecturales. It comprised two architects: Jacques Aractingi and Pierre Neema, and an engineer, Joseph Nassar. French architect Jean-Noël Conan joined the team from 1962 to 1966.
