Notes
The building was originally designed for Cherif Bey Lababidi. It occupies an area of 45m by 40m.

Cinema Al Zahra contains an orchestra hall with 753 seats and 875 balcony seats—100 seats were removed when the stage was enlarged. With the help and supervision of Georges Maroun, it was structurally designed in a spirit similar to that of the Cinema Dunia in Beirut, which features the balcony hanging on the sidewalls. The decoration was executed by Belgian decorator Roger Cachard who worked on many interior design projects in Beirut.
