Notes
The building is a three-storey square block whose main façade faces Shaykh Umar Street. The first story is dedicated for commercial usage, while the second and third stories are residential.
On the ground floor, the corners are beveled. A central portal is flanked by four shops windows equipped with roll-up doors and a small window above each of them. The upper portion of the main facade is a blank wall featuring two narrow horizontal windows with brick screens and a large vertical opening piercing through its center. Within this opening, the balcony of the building's central corridor is set and acts as an "interior street" onto which the residential apartments open. On the other hand, the side facades feature shop windows at the ground level and balconies for the residential apartments at the upper levels.
