Notes
The building is made of 30 floors, each with four housing units, all designed to overlook the adjacent Nile River. The lower part of the building including the basement floors and the four floors above is consecrated for parking spaces and administrative functions.
The upper part of the tower, containing the residential functions, is divided into two halves: the lower half containing one-floor apartments and the upper half containing duplex apartments. This differentiation is reflected on the facade and prevents it from being monotonous.
In line with the modernist approach, the roof of the building is used as a garden and includes common facilities as a swimming pool.
