Notes
Both towers take on the shape of an equilateral triangle. The architects decided to follow this theme throughout the buildings as a link to Islamic geometry.
The triangular theme is also emphasized in the pattern of ceramic fretted glass on the roofs, the skylights and canopy structures. All this was contrasted with the curves of the base structure’s north and south walls, the waterfall at the entrance of the hotel and the patterns in the paving marble on the interior.
