The architect chose to have minimum land use in order to enrich the hotel with as many views as possible. The result was a big landscaped area of public spaces with the hotel sitting in a tower at one end. Anyone visiting either of the hotel or the public facilities will enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding. The hotel contains 220 single and double rooms with one luxury suite while the public spaces included: a large ballroom, speciality restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail lounges,a night club, a fitness center, a landscaped swimming pool. Parking was provided underground.
