Notes
The building is designed as a rectangular form, with two series of square volumes arrayed in a saw-teeth configuration: one series is additive, projecting outwards on the lower floor, and the other is subtractive, curving out the main volume on the upper floor. The lower floor uses sand bricks, while the upper floor uses concrete painted with white plaster. Slim openings cut vertically through both floors rhythmically, allowing light inside the building.

On the other hand, the façade housing the entrance is entirely solid, with an opening in the middle of the lower level for the entrance and a rectangular recess on the upper level for the terrace.
