Khartoum Villa

Mustafa had a specific language that was clearly incarnated in this villa; the most evident is the use of face brick panels and cantilevered concrete fascias. There is a clear focus on the climate, the environment and the site in terms of light, form, openings and voids. In addition, a link has been established between the outdoor and indoor spaces, while still protecting from heat and dust.
