Residential Complex for el-Fotouh Real Estate Co.

Notes

A high-rise tower occupied with residential apartments from its third floor up until its topmost 26th floor. Each floor contains two housing units some of which are one-storey high, while others are duplexes. Yet unlike most of Zeitoun's projects, this variation between the apartments isn't expressed outwardly on the facade's treatment. The tower sits over a three-storey base containing commercial shops, a restaurant, sports facilities, a health center, a daycare connected to an outdoor garden, and utility and storage spaces. Also, a swimming pool is situated on the roof of this base whose facade treatment is differentiated from the residential tower above. The three entrances into the building are pronounced with identical protruding porticoes spanning the height of the base unit.
