Notes
The design of the complex is simple and conceived through a rational functional approach.

It is made of 2 towers set over a common base occupying the full plot. The base comprises of two basement floors for parking and flour floors above ground housing commercial spaces, a restaurant, and a bank's branch as well office spaces for which a full floor is dedicated. 
The taller among the two towers is residential and rises 22 floors with 8 housing units on varying areas on each floor. The other tower functions as a hotel with and is 10-storey high with 20 rooms on each floor. In front of the hotel tower, a swimming pool is set on the roof of the common base.
