"A unique site in the historic city of Mosul and for the first time an Iraqi office in joint venture with a foreign office (TAC), carries out the design of a complete university to serve 12000 students in stages with all the specialised departments of the faculties of engineering, science and humanities in addition to a main library, a student center, a central dispensary, a central auditorium for 1800 students, a mosque, playfields, housing for 6000 students, and faculty housing and services."
