Notes
The villa is situated on a rectangular plot with its longer side along the North-South axis, sloping gently towards the north. Using the site and its topography as a starting point, the architect designed a protected outdoor space at the northeast, while giving the interior a play on levels that overlook a central sky-lit space. This interior courtyard acts as an extension of the exterior and is clad with the Jordanian golden stone. Along the same axis, is a group of segmental arches that intersect the light variations during the day.
On the street level are the foyer, dining room and kitchen. On the next level are the family rooms and winter garden which open onto the outdoor living space. On the third floor there are two bedrooms while another two along with their sitting rooms are located on the top floor. The height difference between floors is one to two meters.
