Notes
The main façade is directed towards the sea, while the other facades face the neighboring buildings.
On the street level, the basement floor includes the kitchen, the servants’ zone, and utility spaces. They benefit from facing the garden as the garden’s trees filter the sand from the wind and allow fresh ventilation.
Elevated above the street level, the ground floor is laid out in a way that allows the dining room and office to profit from direct sunlight. The dining room can be integrated with the living room into a single space which could accommodate gatherings for events and parties. The living room is separated from the garden with a curtain wall system that could slide open to maximize view to and connection with the garden.
The first floor is reserved for the bedrooms and family lounge. The second floor is mostly a terrace consisting of green spaces and play areas for the children.
