Winning design in an architectural competition. Oman's Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor consists of directly linked two blocks of six floors. The offices are arranged around a central service core along a double-loaded corridor. The façade is double layered in order to increase the shade on walls. The design of the cement architecture is reduced to a row of oriental arcs.
