Guided Tours
The Arab Center for Architecture offers guided tours of the modern architectural heritage of Lebanon to local and visiting groups, schools and universities.
Different types of tours can be proposed:
- Walks in specific neighborhoods
- Thematic tours
- Detailed visits of buildings/sites (such as Tripoli Fair, Starco)
- Customized tours according to a particular interest
Volunteer architects and architecture students help the ACA team as guides.

A tour in Furn el Chebbak with Naji Assi
The Arab Center for Architecture is organizing a guided tour in Furn el Chebbak, Saturday 11th May 2019.
The tour is guided by Naji Assi, Architect and senior instructor at the American University of Beirut.
The meeting point will be at the National Museum at 10:00 AM and the tour will last 3 hours. The language used is English.

Guided Tour | The Rashid Karami International Fair
The Arab Center for Architecture is organizing a guided tour of the Rashid Karami International Fair, Tripoli on Saturday, April 27, 2019.
The tour will be guided by Dr. George Arbid, architect and president of the Arab Center for Architecture.
The tour will last 2-3 hours and the meeting points will be Sassine Square, Beirut, at 8:15 AM to go by bus or Rashid Karami International Fair, main gate, at 10 AM.

Guided Tour | Ouzville and the beaches
The Arab Center for Architecture is organizing a guided tour entitled "Ouzville and the beaches" on Saturday, April 13th 2019 at 10:00 AM.
In Ouzai, a Beirut neighbourhood, splashes of colors speak of hope for unity through art. 17 artists have come from around the world to add their efforts to the initiative of entrepreneur Ayad Nasser, who turned his birthplace to a vast canvas.
The tour is guided by Haytham Boukhdoud and Hassan Nasser from the project.
The meeting point will be Riba Café in Ouzai and the tour will last 3 hours with an optional lunch at the end. The language used will depend on the group.

Tour: "Sursock street through its mansions"
The Arab Center for Architecture is organizing a guided tour entitled "Sursock street through its mansions" on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at 9.30 AM.
The tour is guided by Camille Tarazi, architect and the author of the book Vitrine de l’Orient: Maison Tarazi fondée à Beyrouth en 1862.
The tour will last 3 hours and the language used is French.

Maroun Daccache, from Mission de Vie to Riverside, 2008-2018
The Arab Center for Architecture is organizing a tour of two of Maroun El Daccache's major projects: Mission de Vie (Antelias, 2008) and Riverside (Sin El Fil, 2018) on Saturday, March 30, at 9.30 AM.
The tour will be guided by Maroun El Daccache and will last 3.5 hours.

The Museums Road tour with Rania Sassine
The Arab Center for Architecture is organizing a guided tour entitled "Museums Road", from the National Museum to the Sursock Museum, on Sunday, February 24, 2019.
The tour is guided by Rania Sassine, architect and urban planner. She is also a senior lecturer at ALBA, consultant in urbanism, and former head of the Master Planning Unit at Citymakers/Solidere International.
The meeting point is the National Museum entrance at 10 AM and the tour will last 3 hours. The language used will depend on the group.
